Creating Bookmark Buttons

  1. On page 1, go to Insert tab > click on Buttons > Select Bookmark: Locate Bookmark

  2. On the VISUALIZATIONS pane, turn on Button Text, then name it Sales Team A Turn on Button Text

  3. Further down the VISUALIZATIONS pane, turn on the Action. Select type Bookmark and set Bookmark to Sales Team A: Set Bookmark

  4. Repeat Steps for Sales Team B and Sales Team C.

  5. Arrange bookmarks at the top of page 1 as shown: Arrange

  6. Ctrl + Click the Sales Team A button. As you can see the 3 filters have been selected: Ctrl Click the Button

  7. Repeat for Sales Team B and Sales Team C and notice that the filters have changed.
