Card Visuals
Select the card visual in the VISUALIZATIONS pane (in red box):
Select OrderDetails > tick Total Including Tax:
Select card visual again, then select OrderDetails > tick Count of Orders:
Change data label to thousands for Total Including Tax and none for Count of Orders in format icon. (Which is found under the VISUALIZATIONS pane.)
